Alberto Vasqez Atesiano in Uruguay

Alberto Vàsquez Astesiano on top of a monument at latitude 33º54'58" S, longitude 58º24'50" W. This monument is on the Uruguayan side where the Rio de la Plata starts. He had to step on top of it to relate elevations to the country elevation reference, and it was the only monument near by. He said that it seems to be "very solid". I say "good job getting up there." Apparently he's a lot more agile than I am, or someone is hiding the ladder. http://mensur.awardspace.com
