Why are my residuals so high?

• Were your units correctly set before importing your control points?
• Did you configure the order of your coordinates during the import process? (ENH or NEH)
• Did you use a bipod?
• Did you check your bubble?
• How was your local control created?

Why am I not getting a fixed solution?

•  Have you selected the rover configuration.
• Do you have obstructions such as buildings or trees around?
• Are you receiving radio corrections, i.e. is the lightning bolt pulsing?
• Are your radios on the same channel?
• Is the TX light on the base flashing?
• Is the base lightning bolt pulsing?
• Maybe there is an ionospheric storm.

How do export ASCII points from my receiver?

• Select Convert from the main menu.
• Select Export data from Job.
• Select the appropriate job, format file (e.g. GPS_PNEZC), and name the file.

Why am I not tracking satellites?

• Is the antenna cable connected correctly?
• Are the batteries charged?
• Have you typed in a base position?
  If so, did you change E to W?
